Services / Price List

Individual coaching plans

All plans require a 3 month minimum commitment and include: a Training Peaks Premium Account, monthly tailored workout plan and a 25% discounts on a la carte services.

Basic Coaching Package

$150 / month

This plan is ideal for athletes seeking more individual attention than a stock training plan can deliver.  

Plan includes:

- Monthly 30-60 minute  phone/video chat

- Weekly workout analysis & feedback

Intermediate Coaching Package

$250 / month

This plan is ideal for athletes looking for a custom, dynamic plan tailored around their unique life schedule.  It builds off the basic plan, but increases the frequency of personal communication, workout analysis, and schedule modification.  

Plan includes:

- Dynamic training plan, adjusted as needed

- Bi-monthly 30-60 minute phone/video chats

- Semi-weekly workout analysis & feedback

- Quarterly video, lactate or nutritional analysis

Premium Coaching Package

$350 / month

This plan is ideal for the serious athlete striving to maximize their performance.  

Plan includes:

- Weekly or as needed phone/video chats

- Daily workout analysis & feedback

- Frequent video, lactate and nutritional analysis


A la carte services

Consulting

$75 / hr

In-person/Virtual meeting to discuss any fitness, training and/or racing questions you have. 

Personal Training / Field Testing

$100 / hr

Private one-on-one personal training session.  These sessions are geared towards helping you execute your training sessions under the watchful eye of a professional coach.

Video Analysis

$150 / session

The best way to analyze technique for the purpose of identifying areas of improvement is through video analysis.  These sessions include private one-on-one technical analysis and feedback.

Lactate Test

$200 / session

The ultimate in understanding how your body is operating during exercise.  Lactate testing measures blood lactate levels to help identify the ideal training and racing intensity.

Nutritional Assessment

$100 / session

This includes:

- A review of typical daily nutrition

- A review of the guidelines around daily macro intakes

- Help identifying areas for improvement and how to structure daily food intake

- (This does not include a daily meal plan)
